At Trulofts, we specialise in loft conversions for modern homes. We can convert
the W-shaped trussed rafter roof system into a highly practical living space.
Our process involves transferring the load of the roof from the timber roof
trusses to newly installed horizontal steel beams. The beams are specially
manufactured for each individual loft conversion. Once the beams are in place
and bearing the load of the roof, the obstructive W-shape is removed,
transforming what was previously a cold, impractical void into high quality
living space.

F.A.Q. - Is my attic too small?
In order to comply with Building Regulations, you must provide adequate
headroom height of 2 metres on access to a new floor. With that in mind , we
can make the most of even the smallest attic space with the imaginative use of
windows(roof line, dormer)and stairs(Traditional,space saver or ladder).
Remember, a loft conversion by anyone else is not a truloft conversion!!
